Our work kicks off by getting clear on where you are today, and where you’d like to go.
You submit a full inventory of your business as it currently stands, including your team, payroll, programs and profit centers. And you’ll also outline your long-term goals. From here, we’ll begin connecting the dots to your goals.

It’s critical to be clear on your unique strengths and style as a business owner. Because as hard as it is to hear, you are often the source of your business breakdowns.
We’ll go over how you manage your team and their roles and the aspects of your business that make you want to pull your hair out. This process will help us create systems that help you do your best work.
We drill down to get an in-depth view of what’s happening at the team level in your business. I conduct an in-depth phone interview with each team member to understand roles, needs, and inefficiencies. From these interviews, I’ll design job descriptions for each team member, team duties at-a-glance, organizational charts, hiring checklists and sample project reports.With this in-depth inventory of your business systems and team structures, I conduct an operational analysis, identifying key areas of weakness in your business foundation, and the ripple effect it’s having on all areas of your business. You’ll be all set to take action, so you can start to see results.

As soon as we enter this implementation phase, we roll up our sleeves every week to understand your finances. We want to see a story emerge, that shows you what’s happening in your business, so you can make clear, informed decisions. We’ll meet weekly with your bookkeeper, so you can get insights and perspective to help you get confident around your finances.

If you don’t know your past, it’s difficult to shape your future. We look back on previous months, clean up where needed, so we can piece together the historical pattern of your net profits and losses for each revenue stream in your business. This can be a series of calls with you, your bookkeeper and myself.We work directly with your bookkeeper to set up clear reporting systems, so you have the intel you need on a regular basis. This is critical to you for making sound, strategic business decisions around the future of your company.This is the fun part! We’ll create financial projections, so you see exactly how much you can expect to come in and go out each month. This is when we can plan for the rest of the year and get exciting strategies in place for the following year.

Once we work through these finances we can plan for your personal future, including finally paying yourself and funding your nest egg. (Too many entrepreneurs push this off, waiting for next year, or their first million.) Paying yourself is a top priority and a surefire way to grow your wealth.

When the team, systems and finances are finalized I will then help you tie all the pieces together. I’ve now been immersed in your company and have a clear understanding of you and your team.
